Warmed by the sun – the aroma builds with cocoa powder, creamy caramel and warming cinnamon. On the palate, delicate fruit rests on a malty, cereal base, with a hint of vanilla coffee . Lingering cinnamon spice accompanied by a whisp of smoke , adding a layer of warmth.

CASK TYPE
We use the finest quality oak casks to age ABERFELDY. Harnessing four types of cask: first fill Sherry, first fill Bourbon, refill and rechar, we craft a RICH, ROUND AND INDULGENT dram. ABERFELDY is a CLASSIC HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT with signature soft, honeyed fruity notes, gentle spice and a malty backbone. Initially matured in a combination of refill casks, the whisky is then finished for over a year in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.
