CASK EVOLUTION
The second oldest offering in Aberfeldy’s core range is crafted from a rare collection of casks aged for 21 years and longer. This whisky is a perfect harmony of rich Sherry casks, vanilla and honey laden Bourbon casks, re-fill and spicy re-char casks.
It’s rare to find quality casks of this age, especially those that have imparted such silky complexity. The additional time spent in oak creates a luxurious richness to the whisky.
