Aberfeldy 16 is matured in first-fill, re-fill and re-char Bourbon casks and then finished for six months in deluxe first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.
Aberfeldy 16 is a richer, more full-bodied whisky. The extra time spent maturing, coupled with Oloroso Sherry casks, brings the honeyed fruitiness of Aberfeldy to the foreground.
